After news of his plagiarism scandal went nationwide today, Rodney Glassman will try to divert attention from the scandal story hitting the weekend news cycle by having a last-minute press conference to announce something big.
How big? So big that I can’t tell you what it is. Because it is tomorrow.
Expect some half-truth followed by a smirk, because that’s how Glassman rolls.
Just don’t ask him about the plagiarism, or the homophobic comments, or why he’s getting six-figures in agriculture subsidies from the government as a “vice-mayor” of Tucson, or why he let the Democratic party down by not giving them the million-dollar donation he promised them, or why the only business he ran failed and he tried to get the city to bail him out, or how he can claim to be a water conservationist when his family Fresno farms use more water than all of us combined…
I’m sure it will have to do with something else. Maybe why he’s falling in the polls?
