Climate Change Conference in Bonn, Germany. We speak with Senator Ed Markey of Massachusetts, who is part of a coalition that rejects Trump’s vow to pull the U.S. out of the Paris deal. Markey also addresses need for more resources in Puerto Rico as some 3.5 million U.S. citizens there still lack electricity as they recover from Hurricane Maria, and discusses the Trump’s threats of nuclear war against North Korea.
